Chairperson Catherine Johnson called the meeting of Monday, May 24, 2010 to order at: 3:05 P.M.

Chairperson Catherine Johnson presented the meeting agenda to the Board. Cleveland made the motion to approve 

the agenda, seconded by Wheeler. Motion passed 5-0.

Approval of Minutes:

Motion made by Cleveland to approve the April 26, 2010 Meeting Minutes, seconded by Wheeler. Motion passed 5-0.

Financial Report:

Financial Report was presented by Administrator, Nancy Stephan. These reports were read and discussed. 

Motion made by Fulwider to approve the April Financial Reports, seconded by Creek. Motion passed 5-0.

Old Business:

Home Health Report for April: 14 patients,69 skilled nursing visits, 31 nursing aide visits, 

49 physical therapy visits, 8 occupational therapy visits, 0 speech therapy visits and 1 social worker visits.

Total visits for the month of April 158. Current patients as of May 26, 2010 is 12

Sanitarian Report for April

Septic Complaints - 5, Follow-ups to complaints -15 , Permits issued - 8 , Permit inquiries -15

Installers Registrations - 2, Site Evaluations for Septic Layouts - 9 Pumper Registrations - 1.

New Business:

Wheeler made the motion, "Anyone who has a complaint must come to the Health Center, sign a complaint form and

pay a fee". The fee will be calculated at a minimum of four (4) hours of the sanitarian's rate of pay and mileage to and 

from the sight. Any complaint meaning either Food or Sewer. Seconded by Creek. Motion passed 3-0

Creek, Fulwider and Wheeler - yea. Cleveland and Johnson - nay. (The fee will be collected regardless of the validity of

the complaint).

Wheeler made the motion to not charge for food inspections and to return all the money to those facilities that have

paid the fee. Seconded by Creek. Motion passed 3-2. Creek, Fulwider and Wheeler - yea. Cleveland and

Johnson - nay. (No time limit was set for the fees to be refunded)

Administrator's Report:

Health Center has 196 doses of H1N1 vaccine available. 

Motion made by Cleveland to adjourn meeting at 5:15P.M., seconded by Creek. Motion passed 5-0

Next regular Board Meeting set for June 28, 2010.
