come to the Health Center, sign
a complaint form and

pay a fee". The fee will
be calculated at a minimum of
four (4) hours of the
sanitarian's rate of pay and
mileage to and

|
from the sight. Any
complaint meaning either Food or
Sewer. Seconded by Creek. Motion
passed 3-0
|
|
Creek, Fulwider and
Wheeler - yea. Cleveland and
Johnson - nay. (The fee will be
collected regardless of the
validity of
|
|
the complaint).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Wheeler made the motion
to not charge for food
inspections and to return all
the money to those facilities
that have
|
|
paid the fee. Seconded by
Creek. Motion passed 3-2. Creek,
Fulwider and Wheeler - yea.

limit was set for the fees to be
refunded)
