All St. Clair County Residents will function at an optimal level of mental, physical and emotional wellness. Individuals and institutions will cooperate to make available to all citizens wellness resources.
The Community Health Coalition/C.H.A.R.T. will assess the current health status of St. Clair County for needs and services. It will also provide services and education to the community on the availability of wellness services. The final goal is the evaluation of the effectiveness of strategies.
Meetings are held the third (3rd) Thursday of each month at 12:00 noon, unless otherwise announced. The meetings are held on a rotating basis at Appleton City, Lowry City, Osceola, or Collins.
