Temporary Food Application

Permit Fee is $2.00

A food establishment that operates for a period of no more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.

This applies to all vendors or temporary food stands that serve food that is not served from an approved kitchen and inspected by the health department. The below exceptions are not required to obtain a temporary food permit.

Three exceptions under the ordinance are as follows:

  1. A produce stand that offers only whole fresh fruit or vegetables.
  2. A temporary food stand that does not serve potentially hazardous foods.
  3. Any charitable or religious organization must post and exemption placard.
